English: Space Jam is a 1996 American family live-action/animated featuring Looney Tunes characters. The film was produced by Ivan Reitman, and directed by Joe Pytka, with Tony Cervone and Bruce W. Smith directing the animation. Starring Michael Jordan as a fictional version of himself, Wayne Knight, Bill Murray and Theresa Randle appear in supporting roles, while Billy West, Dee Bradley Baker, Kath Soucie, and Danny DeVito headline the voice cast. also cameo appearances are Dan Castellaneta, Patricia Heaton as the fans at a game between the New York Knicks and Phoenix Suns.
A fictional account of Michael Jordan's first retirement from the NBA, the film was released theatrically by Warner Bros. under the Family Entertainment brand label on November 15, 1996. It plays out as an alternate story of Jordan's initial return to basketball, this time with him being inspired by Bugs Bunny and friends. Despite mixed reviews from critics, Space Jam was a box office success, opening at #1 in the US, and grossing over $230 million worldwide.

A játékfilm rendezője Joe Pytka, producerei Ivan Reitman, Joe Medjuck és Daniel Goldberg. A forgatókönyvet Leo Benvenuti, Steve Rudnick, Timothy Harris és Herschel Weingrod írta, a zenéjét James Newton Howard szerezte. A mozifilm a Warner Bros. Fue protagonizada por el jugador de baloncesto Michael Jordan y por los dibujos animados de la Warner Bros., los Looney Tunes. La historia se basa parcialmente en el contexto del primer retiro real de Jordan para dedicarse al béisbol (aunque con una historia más agradable y hasta cierto punto satírica debido al cruce entre la realidad y la fantasía).
La película fue un éxito de taquilla; recaudando más de 80 millones de dólares tan solo en Estados Unidos y 230 millones a nivel internacional convirtiéndola en el filme de baloncesto con mayor recaudación en la historia. En esta película se produce la primera aparición de Lola Bunny. La película recibió críticas mixtas de los críticos, que se mostraron divididos sobre su premisa de combinar a Jordan y su profesión con los personajes de los Looney Tunes, aunque se elogiaron los logros técnicos de su entrelazamiento de acción real y animación.[1]
