As most of our pieces are costume jewellery made from sterling silver or brass, plated with 18ct rose gold, 18ct gold and rhodium, they need special looking after for you to enjoy the beauty for a longer period of time. Here’s a list of tips for you on how to care for your Astrid & Miyu jewellery.
Avoid water: Do not place next to heater, window, air conditioner or in the bathroom. Do not wear in the pool.
Avoid sweat: Remove jewellery when exercising, or any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewellery to tarnish.
Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewellery. A zip plastic bag is a great alternative if no longer have the packaging.
Avoid cosmetics: Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewellery. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewellery.

This product is absolutely stunning and really great quality! The packaging was beautiful and would make an excellent gift. However, I only managed to wear it a few times before losing it! I may have just been very unlucky but I can only assume the fastening came through the gap.
I would highly recommend the bracelet but would advise that you are careful when wearing it. I would love to… but am also slightly hesitant… to buy again so I may look into an A&M alternative.

Really love this bracelet and it’s great quality aside from how fast it tarnished, even following all the care instructions. For this price I would hope for a thicker or waterproof coating or a replating service of some sort. Beautiful piece though
